Here is a link to a 10 minute yoga meditation. Being one class away from earning my yoga instructor status, I am extremely biased as to the positive effects of yoga. Some may think its just some planned napping and stretching, but to all people who practice it, it's so much more. Also as an athlete, I've found that after months of training 20 hours a week, some deep breathing, meditation, and deep tissue relaxation is one of the best feelings in the world. So, as we approach finals week and you begin to feel stressed, here's a 10 minute clip of a guided yoga meditation.
